What is an Affiliate Link?
Simply put, an affiliate link is when a company and consumer makes a binding relationship that states if they recommend a product to another consumer, that upon purchase, you will receive a small portion of the revenue. Now this can only occur if someone purchases a service or good using the person’s affiliate link or code that is often shown as a hyperlink with an embeded partner number inside.
Many of the links on NurseJolly.com are affiliate links. This means that when you make a purchase using my unique tracking code, I may make a small portion on that sale. Now don’t be dismayed, the price of the item will still be the same for you whether you use my affiliate link or not. By using the affiliate links though, it helps me to keep my website up and running and serve a financial support for my family.
In addition, I often post links that provide a discount code for a certain item or service. In these cases, I still earn an affiliate commission if you decide to purchase with the link, BUT the price may actually be LESS for you by using my link and/or tracking code.
When Are Affiliate Links Used?
Hey All, so just assume that anytime I recommend a good or service that each of these links are affiliate links. As I always mention in my posts though, any item or service I recommend is truly because I either use or have used the product and would 100% recommend it. I often turn down many affiliate relationships and opportunities because I do not believe in the mission of the company and/or I do not use nor would recommend their products to anyone.
With that said, just take note, I am not responsible if a product does not happen to work out for you or an item is shipped late/poorly or any other unfortunate mishap. In this case, those situations are all on the behalf of the company and I sincerely apologize on their behalf if your experience is not up to par.
